Recovery Coaching Application

Non-Plant Medicine Focused

A NOTE BEFORE YOU BEGIN

This application is part of my discernment process. I work with a limited number of clients and prioritize depth, nervous system safety, and long-term integration over urgency, intensity, or quick fixes.

Everything you share here is held in strict confidence. Your responses are read only by me and are held within a circle of trust, care, and non-judgment. This is not a space for performance or perfection. It is a space for honesty, responsibility, and self-leadership.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You do need to be willing to tell the truth about where you are. Honesty is not required because you are being evaluated. It is required because it is the only way this work can be supportive, ethical, and real.

I work from a sober, recovery-informed, soul-centered lens. When I speak about recovery, I do not mean substances alone. In my view, recovery is about reclaiming agency and integrity after living in survival. We are often recovering from grief, trauma, burnout, heartbreak, codependency, people-pleasing, dissociation, or inherited patterns that once kept us safe and no longer serve us.

This is a recovery leadership container. The work is about being in the driver’s seat of your life: developing discernment, emotional regulation, self-trust, and the capacity to respond rather than react. It is about integration in the truest sense, learning how to live what you know, embody your values, and lead yourself with clarity and care.

I have been sober for over ten years, and this work is grounded in lived experience, not theory. It requires clarity around alcohol and substances, a commitment to personal responsibility, and a willingness to engage honestly with your inner life. These are not preferences. They are foundational to the safety and integrity of this work.

Please answer slowly and truthfully. Being held and being honest are not opposites here. They are partners.
